Pastors
Bruce Wiebe
Bruce has been a pastoral presence on behalf of North Leamington since 2000. Inspired by the inter-woven crafts of creation composition and organization, he is energized by dreaming Godly dreams, by listening to real-life stories, by the preaching ministry, and by walking together with those who are courageous enough to take the next step of faith. Together with Noreen, they enjoy taking advantages of the privileges of life in Essex County, which include an abundance of fresh fruit and vegetables, parks and walking paths and varieties of birds, and the company of many friends.

Cathrin van Sintern Dick
On behalf of North Leamington, Cathrin serves as pastor with the young adults and young families, and is involved in worship, visitation, pastoral care and counselling. Originally from Germany, Cathrin was called to come to North Leamington in 2003. She has found a new life in this community, where she now lives together with her husband Matthew. In her leisure time, Cathrin enjoys long walks, hosting family and friends, reading, or theatre and concerts.

Virginia Gerbrandt
Virginia moved to Leamington from Winnipeg and started at NLUMC in the fall of 2005. Virginia’s main responsibilities are with the youth and junior youth within the congregation. She leads events for both groups regularly and teaches youth Sunday School. Virginia is also involved, as time permits, in worship and preaching.

Susan Klassen
When you call or visit the church on weekdays, you’ll find Susan in the office tending to the daily secretarial details as she has since 2005. Susan, a life-long resident of Essex County, along with her husband and three daughters, are active participants at North Leamington. In her spare time she enjoys gardening, reading and helping out on the family farm.
