Please let Pastor Cathrin know if you are able to organize a group or would like to represent our congregation. Each congregation is also asked to be part of a fellowship time. Please bring along your own hotdogs, buns and condiments for your family. BBQ's will be provided. Bring lawn chairs or blankets.

Join us for

Worship and Celebration

for the past three years of service

 of Pastor Virginia Gerbrandt

This is the last Sunday for regular children’s Sunday School.

. . . 9:30 am, youth band practice.

. . . 9:30 – 10:10 am, choir practice, see page 4 for more information.

. . . 10:20 am, Farewell for Pastor Virginia. After three years of dedicated service to our congregation Virginia is ready to move on. This summer her contract with NLUMC would have come to a close and after prayer and consultation with family, friends, pastoral staff and Ministry Team, Virginia will now take the next step.

Virginia has applied to Associated Mennonite Biblical Seminary and has been accepted for the coming fall. She will be leaving Leamington at the end of June. For us that means saying “good-bye” to a very good youth pastor and friend.

We want to celebrate three good years and show our appreciation for her service. Please be part of the worship service and the potluck lunch at UMEI directly following the service.

Please choose one of the following and make enough of each for 20 people: meat & cheese platter, salad, dessert, veggie tray or fruit tray. Food can be dropped off at the UMEI kitchen.

If you have any questions please contact us; Kathy Klassen, 519-326-2720, Paul Warkentin, 519-825-4911, or Pastor Cathrin, 519-326-7928.
